The tour was informative, enjoyable and the time spent at each place was sufficient. The price of this tour is VERY reasonable and worth it!
I usually get bored very... read more easily with these kind of tours but not this one. We didn’t spend too long at any one place. Our guide Mayya explained things in a manner that was not boring. We were provided drinks to keep us hydrated, snacks to keep our energy up and a pretty good lunch option at the end of the tour.
Wear comfortable shoes and ones that are easy to get on and off as you will have to frequently remove your shoes to go inside the different religious buildings. Your knees and shoulders must also be covered to go inside a lot of these places; the guide lent us wraps so that we were appropriately dressed and didn’t have to spend extra money to comply.

GUIDE: All we really got out of this was someone driving us around: the tour guide didn't know a... read more lot - pointing here and there with smiles and a veeeeery poor English. Plus she wasn't able to keep us together and was 'losing' people here and there. We went way over the allotted time which caused this whole tour to drag on and end up being over 6.5hrs. Defo the worst guide I have ever had (and I had many...). Cherry on the pie: at the end (when they had to bring us back) the tour guide stepped down from the van to meet her husband and the driver went to pick up what it seems his wife before getting all of us back to our hotels!!!!

SITES: The sites themselves weren’t that impressive but I honestly believe this is due to the guide who didn't know much and wasn't able to explain anything worth of interest. Everything can sparkle some joy and curiosity if you have just a bit of knowledge and you are able to explain it in English.....Need to add: we went to a ‘local’ food court that was clearly for tourists and 90% of the food there was Singaporean/Chinese..

TO SUM UP: I feel that yes, money could have been better spent somewhere else: please avoid this tour.
