Why is this not a 5? Firstly, we did not receive a text confirmation of the pick up time and were unable to confirm by phone - tried on several occasions and got a VM in Thai, although we left a message, there was no reply. We only got this bus because our daughter had been on the week before and could tell us the pick up time.

Secondly, it is just too long. An hour and a half at either end picking up and dropping off people meant 3 hours more than the half day was spent just sitting on a bus. Either arrange transport to a central hub or make this a full day - we started at 11:00 and were not back until 20:45 - almost 10 hours.

  Overall a nice day and great way to see all the major tourist spots - Great way to see all the main tourist spots in Phuket Town and really helpful having hotel pickup. At each location we were left to roam for an hour or so and I would have liked to know a bit of the history behind the locations.
I would recommend less time at the temple and Big Buddha and maybe one viewpoint, then spending half an hour/hour at Yanui beach too.

The itinerary was good and you get to see a lot across the island. The lunch which is provided is incredible and I tried something new which was delicious. Would definitely recommend the tour to anyone who wants to see and explore Phuket.
